Scheduled to open in 2027, the 150-rooms hotel will mark an important step in IHG’s growth strategy in West Africa. Scheduled to open in 2027, the 150-rooms hotel will mark an important step in IHG’s growth strategy in West Africa. Holiday Inn SD City Dakar has been developed as part of the Diamniadio urban project, which is woven within the Senegalese capital’s wider Sustainable Development master plan. Conveniently located within a short drive of Blaise Diagne International Airport, the Adbou Diouf International Conference Centre, La Maison des Nations Unies, Dakar Sports City, and Diamniadio Industrial Park, the hotel will appeal to both business and leisure travellers.
Renowned globally as one of the world’s most loved, trusted and recognized hotel brands, Holiday Inn continues to evolve with guest needs at the center of its innovation. Once open, the hotel will feature the next-generation Open Lobby concept – a flexible, inviting space where guests can work, dine, or unwind. Part of a gated mixed-use development, Holiday Inn SD City Dakar will offer guests modern comfort, accessibility, and the trusted service of the Holiday Inn brand, which now boasts 12 hotels in the African continent.
