BWH Hotels GB has launched a new incentive scheme called Planners Advantage, designed to reward corporate bookers, meeting organisers, and group planners through its Best Western Rewards loyalty programme.

The initiative allows eligible planners to earn two points for every US dollar spent on group bookings, conferences, or event-related stays across participating hotels in the BWH Hotels GB portfolio. These points can be redeemed for a range of benefits, including free room nights, shopping vouchers, charitable donations, and more.

This move comes as corporate event organisers continue to face increased pressure—balancing higher expectations with tighter budgets and leaner teams. BWH Hotels GB introduced Planners Advantage to simplify the booking process and recognise the critical role of planners by offering them tangible rewards.

The programme is already active, with its first booking – a P&G conference held at the Weston Hall Hotel – earning over 30,000 reward points. The launch highlights BWH Hotels GB’s commitment to strengthening relationships with its B2B audience while driving loyalty and repeat business.

According to Nicola Wood, Head of Sales at BWH Hotels GB, the company aims to ease the workload of busy planners and ensure they benefit directly from the business they generate.
