MorrisonsMorrisons has expanded its “More Card Prices” loyalty feature to customers using the Deliveroo app, enhancing the reach of its More loyalty benefits. Starting July 14, 2025, More Card holders can access exclusive discounts on a selection of fresh produce, dairy, meat, bakery items, and pantry staples when ordering through Deliveroo—even if they don’t shop in-store. Discounts include deals like 35% off Caledonian Vintage Cheddar and 32% off whole cucumbers, with savings activated simply by adding the More Card number to their Deliveroo account before checkout.
This rollout builds on Morrisons’s digital loyalty strategy, which launched in March by allowing More Card members to earn points on Deliveroo purchases—including a bonus 500 More Points on qualifying orders. Now, these members not only collect points but also enjoy personalised member pricing—mirroring in-store value—for potentially tens of thousands of Deliveroo customers.
By merging loyalty savings with on-demand delivery, Morrisons deepens its integration with Deliveroo’s platform, which already covers over 400 supermarkets, 500 convenience stores, and its rapid-delivery “Hop” outlets. The shared goal is to elevate convenience and value: Deliveroo customers can now receive specially priced goods at their doorstep in as little as 20 minutes.
Why It Matters
-
Seamless Personalisation: The move transforms app-only loyalty benefits into checkout realities for a wider audience.
-
Stronger Engagement: Knowing discounts reset weekly encourages proactive participation and loyalty activation.
-
Competitive Differentiation: Marrying everyday loyalty benefits with rapid delivery services can set Morrisons apart in a crowded market.
-
Unified Ecosystem: The initiative connects offline and online shopping—earning and spending points across platforms—to create a cohesive, multi-channel customer experience.
By bringing “More Card Prices” to Deliveroo shoppers, Morrisons not only taps into the growing demand for on-demand grocery delivery but also reinforces loyalty by offering real value across channels—strengthening its competitive edge and making loyalty rewards more accessible than ever.
