Galactic, a leading innovator in the prediction markets space, has today announced that it is advancing its US presence, in turn enhancing its regulatory compliance footprint, through a partnership with a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM). This initiative, combined with the company’s independent registration with the National Futures Association (NFA), underscores Galactic’s commitment to solidifying its position as a trusted leader in prediction markets.

By forging this partnership with an FCM, which will be formally announced in the coming weeks, alongside dates for launching new partner markets in the US in Q4 2025, Galactic aims to further navigate the regulatory landscape overseen by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), ensuring continued adherence to the highest standards of compliance and transparency. This collaboration will bolster Galactic’s prediction markets platform, which empowers users to engage with real-world event outcomes, ranging from sporting events to cultural trends, in a secure and regulated environment.

Galactic has established partnerships with leading media brands to integrate its platform into their ecosystems.
These collaborations enable media enterprises to engage their audiences through interactive, outcome-driven markets fostering greater participation and loyalty, while leveraging Galactic’s cutting-edge technology to deliver actionable insights.
