GLOEmerald Queen Casino & Hotel (EQC), owned and operated by the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, has appointed Theresa Minarik as Chief Marketing Officer. Minarik will lead marketing strategy and execution across EQC’s properties, driving performance, loyalty, and brand growth for one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier gaming destinations.

As CMO, Minarik will oversee a team of marketing professionals focused on elevating the guest experience across digital, traditional, and on-property channels. She will guide strategic initiatives in player development, brand storytelling, social and paid media, and marketing technology, ensuring EQC remains competitive in an evolving marketplace.

Earlier in her career, she managed integrated campaigns for Fortune 100 brands including Boeing, UPS, AT&T, LEGO, and American Girl, where she mastered the balance of brand storytelling, creative excellence, and performance.
