Are you passionate about creating meaningful guest experiences and driving loyalty? The Casey’s Marketing team is looking for a collaborative and data-driven individual to join us as an Associate Guest Loyalty Specialist! In this role, you’ll help shape the day-to-day operations of Casey’s loyalty program—building offers, analyzing performance, and crafting personalized messaging that keeps our guests coming back. You’ll work cross-functionally with Loyalty, Guest Relations, Store Operations, and more to bring loyalty initiatives to life.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain offers and program initiatives that excite and engage our guests.
- Configure promotions for product brands and categories—using loyalty data to guide smart recommendations.
- Manage audience and guest segments in the loyalty platform to support targeted campaigns.
- Help develop personalized, relevant messaging throughout the guest journey.
- Communicate campaign details to key stakeholders across the business.
- Report on offer performance, accounting billbacks, and key loyalty metrics.

Compensation
Starting pay range: $48,100 – $63,100. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work-related experience.
- Self-motivated, engaged, multitasker, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- At least one year of experience (prior internship) preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts, customer segmentation and behavior preferred.
- Experience in retail, C-Stores or QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) preferred.
