The company announced the launch of Bilt Home Delivery, a new service powered by Gopuff’s nationwide instant commerce network, offering members fast delivery of essentials like paper towels, cleaning supplies, and snacks — all redeemable through Bilt Points.
The new offering is available in every U.S. market where Gopuff operates, marking a major expansion for both companies. Through the Bilt app or website, users can order from local merchants and choose to pay with a linked credit card or accumulated points, receiving their items in minutes.
But the initiative isn’t just about convenience. Bilt is positioning Home Delivery as a way to deepen community connections. Property managers and neighborhood businesses can now send residents curated gift kits — from move-in bundles to thank-you gestures — helping landlords and local merchants engage residents in meaningful ways.

From Gopuff’s side, the partnership underscores its growing role as a logistics enabler. Alberto Menolascina, Gopuff’s Senior Vice President of New Business, called the collaboration a win for consumers who want both value and convenience. “Now as consumers seek ways to stretch their dollar further, we’re leveraging Gopuff’s unique model and technology to power the delivery of affordable essentials you can pay for with your Bilt Points,” he said.
The announcement follows a year of major growth for both companies. In April 2024, Gopuff rolled out Powered by Gopuff, its B2B logistics platform enabling brands to offer 15-minute direct-to-consumer delivery. Meanwhile, Bilt raised $250 million in July 2024 and expanded its rewards system to include all housing types — from apartments and condos to student housing and even mortgage payments.
With the addition of Home Delivery, Bilt is transforming from a rent rewards app into a broader lifestyle loyalty ecosystem, rewarding members for how they live — not just where they live.
